Services described on this site
Pages describe professional consulting and analysis work related to geo-based audience performance tracking for app teams. Descriptions, timelines, and starting prices are informational. A separate written confirmation or statement of work applies to each paid engagement.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Index Cloudhub Co., Ltd. Deliverables prepared for a client are licensed for the client’s internal business use unless a statement of work states otherwise. You may not republish our sample report shapes or marketing copy as your own materials.
Client materials
You retain ownership of data and documents you provide. You grant us permission to use them solely to perform the engagement. You confirm you have the right to share those materials and that sharing does not violate third-party agreements or privacy obligations.
No payment processing on this site
This website does not process payments or complete checkout. Invoices and payment instructions are arranged separately after scope is agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Index Cloudhub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from business decisions you make after receiving analytical findings. Our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Governing law
