These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website index-cloudhub.digital (the “Site”) operated by Index Cloudhub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 328 Phaholyothin Road, Samsen-Nai, Phayathai, Bangkok, 10400, Thailand. By accessing the Site or engaging our product usage analytics services, you agree to these Terms.

Services described

The Site describes informational offerings related to application analytics and SaaS product usage analytics, including workshops, feature adoption reviews, reports, and retainers. Descriptions, timelines, and examples on the Site are illustrative. A separate written agreement or statement of work governs any paid engagement.

No online checkout

The Site does not process payments or complete purchases. Any fees are agreed offline and invoiced according to the engagement terms. Pricing references on the Site are informational only.

Contact and planning requests

Forms on the Site allow you to request a planning conversation. Submitting a form does not create a contract for services. We may decline or propose alternative scopes at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, or submit false or harmful information through forms.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, visual design, and branding, is owned by Index Cloudhub or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Deliverables under a client engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s agreement.

The Site is provided “as is.” Product usage insight depends on the quality of your data and decisions; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Index Cloudhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. For paid work, liability is limited as set out in the engagement agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes arising from Site use are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise.
