Official name and founding
Index Cloudhub Co., Ltd. is the registered business name. The company was established in 2018 in Nonthaburi, Thailand, after several analysts who had supported regional marketing programmes decided to specialise in location-aware audience reviews for mobile apps.
Early work centred on Bangkok-heavy consumer apps that struggled to explain why secondary provinces underperformed. Over time the practice expanded into structured geographic audits, tracking reviews, and recurring briefs for teams that needed a steady regional readout without building an internal research desk.
How we work
Engagements begin with the questions your colleagues already argue about: which cities deserve creative tests, whether a province’s cheap installs hide weak retention, or whether country fields can be trusted after a release. We request exports or limited report access, document gaps, and write findings in language product managers and media buyers can share.
